They provided references upon request, answered our many questions with patience and helped us navigate the land acquisition and design process with skill. Always upfront about costs, they worked with us to find ways to gain savings without giving up our vision. Throughout construction, Hurd treated us as trusted partners in the process. They guided the project with expertise and gave us gentle nudges when needed to keep the project on track. We especially appreciated their efforts to reduce the financial impact wherever possible and run decisions past us when unexpected obstacles popped up.
